Shipping policy

Processing:

Processing or fulfillment of order take 1-3 business days before shipping. This is subject to change to up to five business days during high traffic times such as holidays or inclement weather.

Shipping times:

Transit times depends on shipping option chosen:

Economy- Up to 7 business days

Standard- Up to 4 business days

Priority- Between 2-3 business days

Expedited- Overnight

Any stated delivery dates are approximate. We will not be liable for any losses, damages, penalties, or expenses for failure to meet any delivery date.

We will not provide a refund or store credit for slow shipping speed, delays, or lost packages. These are the responsibility of USPS or other shipping service.

Shipping cost:

Shipping cost is determined by weight and starts at $4.68 and up.

If a return is ever permitted. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee per item is deducted from final refund amount.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not refund refused packages.

We do not accept forced returns.

We do not refund items returned due to an incorrect address being provided to us. Buyer accepts shipping costs for having items reshipped to updated correct address.

For U.S territories and states (HI and AK), it can be difficult to track items after they have left the Mainland. Thus, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for lost or damaged items. It is your responsibility to track your package after it has shipped from us, and to contact your local post office for resolution should any issues arise.

Destinations:

We ship to the United States.

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Puerto Rico and US.Virgin Islands- To protect ourselves from being scammed. We will NOT replace packages that are claimed to not be received by the buyer because there is sometimes no way to confirm tracking for these territories. We will always provide proof of drop off to US Post Office or other shipping providers. Once this shows we have honored our part in this transaction, our responsibilities are complete. It is the buyer's responsibility to put in a claim with USPS or other shipping service for lost or damaged goods (Also see above).

Buyer Responsibility:

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to confirm delivery of domestic packages. From De Heart Crystals LLC is not responsible for tracking your package once it has been handed over to USPS or other shipping provider. We hold no further responsibility once tracking shows we have left your package with USPS, UPS, or other shipping provider.

We mainly ship through USPS unless an alternative shipping provider is necessitated.

Unforeseen Circumstances. From De Heart Crystals LLC will not be liable for delays in performance or for non-performance due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control.
