Refund policy
Returns/exchanges/Cancellations:
No returns, refunds, or cancellations are accepted.
After placing your order we will not honor cancellations.
All sales are final.
In the event that a refund is warranted for any reason, such refund shall be issued only upon receipt of the returned product. A refund will be honored solely if the product is returned in its original condition. No refund shall be provided for products that are lost, damaged, or altered in any manner.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer shall bear all costs associated with the return shipment of the item(s).
The customer is required to return the item(s), whether by USPS or other, within seven (7) business days from the date of the agreement in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Any right to a refund or exchange shall be forfeited in the event that the item is returned to our place of business subsequent to (later than) the mutually agreed-upon return date.
We do not refund refused packages.
We do not accept forced returns.
We do not refund items returned due to an incorrect address being provided to us.
The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for reshipping items to an updated or corrected address.

Sales:
From De Heart Crystals LLC reserves the right to refuse service/sales transactions from customers (new or repeat) or vendors.
Limitation of Liability:
From De Heart Crystals LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising out of or relating to this agreement or the transactions it contemplates (whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other form of action) and irrespective of whether From De Heart Crystals LLC has been advised of the possibility of any such damage. In no event will From De Heart Crystals LLC liability exceed the price the Buyer paid to the Seller for the specific Goods provided by the Seller giving rise to the claim or cause of action.
Limitation of Actions:
No action arising out of or relating to this agreement or the transactions it contemplates may be commenced against the Seller more than 12 months after the basis for such claim could reasonably have been discovered.

As Is:
Many crystals offered in our shop are polished, but they are natural and may or may not possess imperfections including natural hairline cracks, chips, or vugs. Natural stones and minerals are imperfect by nature; thus, they may possess these imperfections. We cannot guarantee perfect products, points, or facades. We endeavor to underscore imperfections in photos or by written descriptions.
Crystals come with imperfections. For your careful discernment, we have provided several pictures of crystals and minerals at different angles. By purchasing you accept your purchase As-Is.
Please note we use no filters on our photos. Items are photographed in natural light. We endeavor to represent each crystal and raw mineral in their natural beauty. Different viewing device screens might depict lighter or darker coloration.
Please thoroughly read description, dimensions, and disclaimer prior to purchasing. Purchasing from us means that you accept your purchase As-Is and you agree to our terms.

The Buyer acknowledges that it has not been induced by any statements or representations of any person with respect to the quality or condition of the Goods and that no such statements or representations have been made. The Buyer acknowledges that it has relied solely on the investigations, examinations, and inspections as the Buyer has chosen to make and that the Seller has afforded the Buyer the opportunity for full and complete investigations, examinations, and inspections.
